Components are precision engineered and assembled to the strictest tolerances ensuring on-site defects are virtually none existent. Timber frame can be easily and quickly modified which reduces waste and inefficiencies. This means the structure can be efficiently erected and watertight in good time so that internal works can commence, allowing for more accurate scheduling and planning.
At Unitek we offer a full design service and technical backup, with extensive experience in the design, manufacture and erection of timber frame buildings - from bespoke individual dwellings to multi-storey apartments.
Highly experienced Quality Control personnel are employed to provide hands-on support and advice to a wide range of clients, including: Contractors, Developers, Architects & Engineers.
Timber frame differs from masonry construction in that the inner leaf is essentially an insulated timber wall. This is supplied complete with roof members, floors members, internal walls, full assembly instructions and all other materials.
As we only deliver materials to your site that you require, further waste is minimised, resulting in a more efficient and less hazardous building site.
